During calving season, everyone around here is trying to function on less sleep. Getting up throughout the night to check on the heifers and still trying to get our regular work done during the day can make our normally even-tempered cowboys a bit cranky! Needless to say, we are drinking a lot coffee around here these days!

So, in honor of calving season, I’m giving away this 12-Cup Programmable Cuisinart Coffeemaker!

Hockey hands down, but for some strange reason curling takes a distant second

This is such a neat blog. I really like the idea because it seems like no one understands what my husband does for a living.

My favorite olympic sport is skeleton because its not seen or done around here. I think it's neat to see people do something so daring and dangerous.

We didn't get to see a lot of the Olympics, but I did see a 30k cross country skiing event. 30k at top speed on cross country skis!! That is absolutely unreal to me.

I never had time to watch sports much but I did watch the women's downhill  the other night and it was pretty good. I really enjoy your articles on ranch life. Keep on writing!

I loved the winter Olympics and watched as much as I could.  One of my favorite moments was Shawn White's "victory lap" run.  That trick was incredible and it gave me chills.  I was also rooting for and so thrilled about Idaho's Speedy Peterson taking the silver.

Thanks for the great recipes!

The ice dancing was wonderful! It's amazing how two people can move together as one, all while on skinny little blades, on ice!

Thanks for all the wonderful recipes. I love trying new things, and my family seems to enjoy it too!
